Spa Services: Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete applicable paperwork.
Late Arrival for Appointment: Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment your service may be shortened to avoid delaying our next scheduled guest or may need to be rescheduled.
Appointments & Cancelations: We ask for a credit card to hold scheduled spa parties and appointments that are 2 hours or longer. Appointments are scheduled especially for you, therefore we ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice or 50% of the amount of the service will be charged.
Product Returns: All products must be accompanied by a store receipt. Products returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns after 7 days and before 30 days of original purchase will be refunded with a Calla Lily gift card
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover ans personal checks. There is a $30 fee for all returned checks. A credit card is required to hold any spa party/group, multiple services and services 2 hours or longer.
Cell Phones: In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones are turned off during your spa visit.
Gift Certificates: We sell gift certificates in any dollar denomination. Allow your guest the most flexiblity when choosing their spa visit.
